Meesho and Showdowfax courier - Arrogant behaviour of delivery person and return pick up person Meesho

This is to bring to your notice about the below received wrong product Meesho delivery and return pick up executive arrogant, uneducated behaviour.
Firstly received wrong product, delivery person instead of delivering the product to the address called me on the road to pick it up. Do we purchase online to come out and pickup, Amazon never does this?

Same product which was wrongly received, I put a return request, the person with his arrogance said why you put return request, drop a complaint and rejected my return.

Firstly, who the heck has given him rights to reject it?
Secondly, I didn't make the product at home, it was delivered wrongly by Meesho, why has the person taken the product when return request was placed.

Kindly take the strickest of action against these delivery personal.
Also get educated personal to work with Meesho.

Kindly get my return picked up today
For this product and process the refund asap.
