Armaf.in - Armaf.in not shipping the order and never pickup calls

Armaf.in not shipping the order and i tried to contact them using the contact number and email address given in their site..they never pick up the call or revert the email back.
I have attached the order detail image..which shows unfulfilled means not shipped.
