SNDL - Arbitrary electricity bill by SNDL

My MAHADISCOM franchisee SNDL, consumer Number is ************. I have installed Solar energy system (on grid) from June **. For the month of June they sent me a bill of *** units which I paid. I complained to SNDL over their toll free number and their executive replied that from July onwards we will take reading of export import and net bill will be sent to us. In July when meter reader came in our colony he refused to take reading of our meter. When my wife went after him he insulted her and spoke in a loud voice that this is not my job. We again complained this to SNDL and they assured to take action against meter reader and said that they will take reading of our solar meter for arriving at net consumption. Sir, these liars again sent me a bill of *** units and pressurising to pay. Our exports are more than imports then why should we pay to SNDL . I have mailed complaint on their customer care email, also to MAHADISCOM email and to state Government on Aaple Sarkar portal with * reminders. But none has replied.
Now, I am thinking of writing to Prime minister but before that I have raised this issue before you.
