Ansh hospital - Arbitary charges and denial of service

I am a family member of patient, i took the paitent to wockward hospital(mira road) to doctor Mahesh prasad (kidney specialist) .. We asked him about the patient condition .. He asked us to take patient to Ansh hospital for dialisis ( indralok , mira road) ... We went there after booking apointement for dialisis. They initiated the processs .. And charged in total rs ****.. They didnt informed us about the charges ... Just they told that **** for pathologic test and **** for dialisis .. At that moment they didnt informed us about any emergency charges .. They havent provided us any bill for the same
Later the process of dialisis was done and and we left for our residence
On next day we recived the pathologic test report .. Which only cantained CBC Report which only costed rs.***
We immmdiately rushed to hospital and inquired for the same (as we have done payment for **** for the test ) .. What about the rest payment .. They said sir we have seen that u have already done all the test .. So there was no need .
We asked " why dint u return the amount , if you are aware about that there is no need for the test, why didnt you return the money
on the same day "
They said that doctor(maya prasad) didnt said to do so.( in the heated debate she said that the hospital is of Dr. Mahesh prasad only and he send all his patient here only who ever visit him )

Hereing the argument Dr. Maya prasad came out and started suporting there fault.
We asked for our payment .. Initially she refused .. Later after heated debate .. She was ready to do so ...she return us only Rs .**** saying that " rest deduction are for emergency charges" we were shocked and asked her why emergency charges when we were send by mahesh prasad .. She was not having answer of it
We asked her in hospital who take energency charges as .. Hospital are ment for same .... You cannot do reservation of * month before in an hospital.. She didnt replied to this
We asked for the emergency charges sheet .. She said you can inquire about this to Dr. Mahesh as he said us to return to this much only .
We were out of option and returned back
Till now they have not given us any bill .
* days later (** may ****) we went there again for dialisis and asked for bill of today and the intial day . .. With actual charges and emergency charges bifurcation... She said said we cant help u, we now need to talk to or dr. Maya prasad
The dialisis was started and after * hr dr.maya came and started yelling at us.. I asked her the reason for same ..
. She said why are you asking for bifurcatuon ..
I said i need to know for what i have paid .
. She said ... Ask your referal doctor for same . i:e mahesh prasad
Finally i was able to make her understand that i was looking for my bill .. I recieved the bill * hrs later of both days (they took rs.**** emergency charges i:e ***% of actual charges (dialisis charges are rs.****)
The next dialisis was schedule on monday (** may ****).
We came back

At night we got call that please look for someother hospital as our old patient are return we cant help you anymore
But as per the payment they said they will do atleast ** dialisis here . As the filter we had paid will work for will work atleast for ** dialisis( now we are out of options )
I did huge resaerch on what to counter against this but .. Havent got any helpful source

If anyone can help me to challenge them against it will be really helpful

Now its not about me, im looking to teach them a lessson so they harres any other patient

A person who vist hospital is in deep greave and pain and such of behiviour by the the hospital team
