But, On ** Dec ** My RO Plant Was Unserviceable And The Same Was Intimated To Just Juldi.Com And The Provided Servicing Of The Same, They Told Me To Pay An Amount Of *** Online Then Only The Technician Visit Your Home, I Paid The Amount Online And Technician Came And Told That One Part Is Not Serviceable It Has To Be Changed And It Will Be Cost *** Rs, I Asked Him As The Product Is Under Warranty And Why You Are Charging Money, He Told It Will Not Cover In Warranty, So I Paid The Amount Of *** But He Has Not Given Any Bill, Again On ** Jan ** The Same Problem Was Started And I Called The Service Center And Explained Again They Told Me To Pay *** For Technician Visiting Charges, I Paid It Online, Till Now They Have Not Sent Any Technician To Attend The Product. I Repeatedly Calling Them But No Response.
