Guru Nanak Dev University - approval case of asst professor

My self sandeep kumar asst professor in physical education St Soldier College Jalandhar my qualification is BA, Dped (****), MA phy. edu(****)from IASE university, Mphil (****) and UGC NET in PHY. EDU. in (Dec ****).my selection is made throw proper channel my intervew taken by GNDU DIrectore sports and there junior in **** july ** and iam selected and i join my service in ** july **** . my approval case is still pending . when i go to the university to know that what is reason behind , then i come to know that director sports does not like distance education , because i done M.A throw Distance Education, he still ignore my case ,
sir please help me i belong in SC poor family , please tell me what i do becouse i dont know what i do
