Delhi Technological University - Applied Unfair Means Unnecessarily

Respected Sir/mam,
In November **** mistakenly there was phone in my pocket during the examination, after **-** min invigilator asked to put the phone in the bag, if anyone has it by mistake. So I stood up and went to keep the phone. Then he said why you were having Phone in your pocket and they asked me to show the gallery. As we were having exam time i had *-* photos of notes. Taking this as leverage they applied ufm(Unfair Means).
For * months they had my phone. And they didn't even told me when they will give it to me. I'm form Prayagraj(UP) so it was very hard time for me to spend.
After that they called meeting and asked me why i was having Phone I told that using Google location I was coming and then I forget it in my pocket. They shouted on me and said Google map doesn't works inside dtu, then said how fool you were that you forgot your phone even while you were using it. Even I apologized for mistakenly having Phone though they awarded me semester back. And gave me * in the concerned subject
