Dhani Finance - Applied loan from Dhani finance but didn t get the disbursement instead aked for more money

I applied for loan from Dhani finance and at first they asked for processing fees of Rs. ****/- and after they said that I have Tds and Tax execuse so I have to give Rs ****/- further so that I can avail my loan even after that amount they asked for more amount of Rs. ****/- . I stopped the payment and asked them to return my money and cancel the loan but they that the loan can't be stopped and further I have to pay the interest per month wven though I didn't get the loan amount
