Zee 5 App - Application Not working

Hello,
I have a valid package of zee*.
** jun **** - ** jul ****
I am not able to access premium content and showing ads only from march ****.
So I have raised a case with zee*
******* On ** April ****
Its almost a month but still my issue not resolved and everyday asking dor new details which they should have with my account.
They are just waisting a time.
Thousands of customers like you have trusted Voxya to resolve their issues
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
