I have won the case from consumer forum Haridwar in **** ,vide letter **/**** But no refund amount has yet been received by me after * years .Recovery challan(RC) was also issued to SDM office ,no ** ,M.B. Road ,Tuglakabad ,South Delhi vide letter no ***/ district consumer forum/**** and vide letter no ***/ district consumer forum/**** . but no action has witnessed yet in this connection. I request with folded hands to see the matter seriously as my hard earned money is spent in this property a long time back . I want the concrete action has to be taken against the builder and returned my money back as soon as possible .
