A P GOYAL UNIVERSITY SHIMLA - Application money not refunded by college

This university has been harassing us for over an year now. I took admission in this university but had to opt out due to monetary problem. They took an application fee of Rs ***** which they stated is refundable. We even filled their refund documents and after that we called them more than *** times and every time they would say that the amount will be refunded in few days. It`s such a shame to see these kinds of universities in existence who would just mentally harass students who are not economically strong. They can easily just state if they are simply going to refund the money or not. They are just looting students like us and our hard earned money. What`s even more shocking is now they have blocked our numbers. Shameful to see such liars in education industry.
