BYJU'S - Application for cancellation and refund of amount paid

Sir/Madam,
I have to inform you that I had registered for BYJU'S UPSC CSE ****
coaching classes and paid Rs **** in advance for the same.
But due to some medical emergency within a few days I requested *Mr.
Pranesh Srivastava (**********)* to cancel the registration and refund the
amount paid.
It's been a month but I haven't received a refund yet. *Mr. Pranesh
Srivastava* is intentionally trying to delay the process.
Hence, I request to process the refund by tomorrow morning and if not done
I have to lodge a complaint in the Consumer Forum.
