I have rented a Fridge from the company City Furnish.
It was delivered yesterday.
The Fridge wasnt working at the time of delivery.
The delivery person did not check at the time of delivery.
I have raised * service request from the application, there is no such response, message or acknowledgement since yesterday.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
