iCare Apple service Center - Apple iPhone 13 Pro functionality issue

I recently bought iPhone ** Pro ***GB in YAE from Etisalat. Recently, the power button got stuck inside without my knowledge (phone not dropped or misused like jailbreak, etc). The phone is as good as new with no scratches or dents externally, with tempered glass on the front & back cover.
The phone was given to icare service center (Kormangala, Forum & HSR Layout) and they claim that due to internal malfunction or damage, it's not covered under warranty. To replace the phone they are asking ~***** (though my phone is on warrant till jan ****).
I need my phone back with working coniditon or replacement. Please help!
