I made * transactions on **st Nov **** on happyeasygo app for the trip Bengaluru to Visakhapatnam for * persons.
While I was trying to make the payment, after entering OTP, I saw a page that the transaction was declined so go back to payment page to continue the booking or go back to home page. Also I saw the error that server not loaded.
Likewise when I tried to make the booking for * times, I received this message * times that transaction was not successful.
After sometime when I checked, the amount has been deducted all the times and I received email confirmation for only one of the bookings. On the app I could see that booking has been confirmed for two of the transactions I made out of which for one transaction PNR was generated and the other booking doesn't have a PNR.
I tried to reach out on customer care but call didn't connect there was no dial tone. I sent * emails but there was no response.
I have attached the bank transaction alerts I received for reference and as proof that amount has been deducted all * times.
Also I have attached the screenshots for reference of the ticket booking confirmed on the app.
Request you to treat this with priority and kindly help.
