Apfiber Net - APFIBER NET COMPLAINT REGARDING MAINTENANCE

Dear sir
My name is Suryanarayana Kutikuppala residing at Ragolu Village, Srikakulam villagepincode-****** . I am using APFIBER NET Connection since last *years(****) , since last * days my APFIBER connection is not working I complained the same to our APFIBER NET service Provider M.APPARAO and he is not providing the service, he is inturn demanding us to pay for the repair (wire cost and machine cost for checking he told approximately Rs.****) or else he will not provide us the connection, we are paying the monthly subscription fee to him but still he is behaving rudely saying he will not provide the service to us
My WIFI SSD number is- GPONWIFI****
We are very much committed to our Chief minister sir words to use only APFIBER NET but the local Service Provider is not resolving our Problem
