APCPDCL - APCPDCL bill paid through online money debited but not updated in bill till now no refund till now

On *th August I paid my electricity bill through the one of the options available in the APCPDCL website. I complained about the issue to customer service but they didn't gave any solution. Our area line man always telling he's going to disconnect our line. Here i paid it through apcpdcl website, it's redirected to razorpay my bank was axis bank. When i check the status of payment in razorpay its showing payment successfully made. But its not updated in the website. I need help to get through this issue.
