i have received anomaly electricity bill
(consumer account no. **********, bill no.*****************) for the month of september ****. In this bill the following anomalies were found:
(i) i have regularly paid all my electricity bill till the date **.**.**** (proof attached) and hence no dues arrears left , while in this bill the amount rs. ***.**/- is added as arrear (old due amount).
(ii) my normal monthly energy consumption was between *** Unit to *** unit, but in this month the *** unitT was billed for month of sept-****.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
