Vishal Mega Marrt Bamunimaidan Guwahati - Anomalies in Loyalty Points

Dear Sir/Madam,
My house is just near to Vishal Mega Mart , Bamunimaidan, Guwahati. Since opening, I have been purchasing various items from time to time.

I have been observing discrepancy/ anomalies pertaining to credit of Loyalty Points. The matter was taken up the Manager/other concerned on various occasions. Every time I complain, I use get assurance that the matter will be looked into and they will get back to me.

But never they contact me & issue has remained unsettled for a very long period. Normally the Loyalty Points should have been added/ reflected on cumulative basis. But the same is not happening.

You are requested to plz arrange for I forwarding thr details pertaining to total Loyalty Points earned so far against Mob No. ********** .
