AnixMart gujrat - AnixMart delivered wrong product

I had ordered a product from this company through the Instagram platform page called "womensfashionworld***". Firstly I received a totally different product and now it been ** to ** days I haven't received the correct product, nor they refunded my money. Initially, I was told they will courier the correct product now but to date, I haven't received and recently they have stopped responding to my calls and messages.
