Yatra Com - Andheri East Service Apartment Hotel property not there which mentioned address in Yatra

I booked hotel in Yatra Andheri East Service Apartment Mumbai but hotel not in that address complete day I was stay outside and I raised the complaint in Yatra they sent mail will refund the amount it will get in * working days but amount not received. I got below mesg from yatra after that no one responding.
