Amul ghee - Amul cow ghee

I am a regular consumer of amul products and amul pure ghee. I purchased *ltr pouch of amul pure ghee from a renowned store in my locality. As I opened the pouch, ghee was directly poured in the laminated cardboard box without second covering and was looking like a rotten product. Apart from foul smell, it has residues of brown colour.
I raised a complaint vide no. ******** dt. **th July ****. Even after regular reminders on phone and mail, no one contacted to resolve the issue.
I have the bill but the shopkeeper has refused to exchange the ghee.
I request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest so as a consumer's faith may be rebuilt.
Even after repeated mail and phone calls there is only assurance nothing solution. I hope amul may resolve the issue at earliest.
Their customer care service is non cooperative and don't respond in an effective manner. Posted on Instagram and Facebook also but nothing happened.
