I would not recommend anyone using this website or application. I have previously lost my money and it has not been refunded and yet again due to some technical error or whatsoever when I tried to purchase a voucher for INR **,***/- it so happened to lead me to the gpay where I made the payment which was successfully debited. However, I never received a notification with the completion of the payment response, in face i was notified that it was cancelled yet the amount has been debited and its been * days it was not been refunded into my account. If such things happen, your customers expect you to sanction a refund immediately, however, there is no such confirmation or response from your team. Please refund the amount as I cannot have it blocked for so many days.
