Dear Ampere customer care team,
I am fed up with the *rd grade service provided by your dealer NIDHI Ampere,
Address: metro station, Kudlu SIGNAL junction, Hosur Rd, near TRIDENT HYUNDAI, opp. to kudlu, Bengaluru, Karnataka ******
I had an issue with my battery and charger. Initially I was told that it will be rectified with in * days and now its like more than ** day the sales representative is not even picking my calls. Manoj - ********** . They give false commitments. I am willing to file a consumer complaint against Ampere.

I had taken an electric scooter (Magnus EX) which is in warranty and that's now working. The dealer is now closed the shop where I purchased and no service support from manufacturer.
