Travo look - Amount was not refunded for flight booking cancellation

This is regarding the amount refund issue. I have booked the ticket on **-Sep-**** to travel from Hyderabad to Mumbai and travel date i.e.**-Sep-**** through travo look website. After booking the ticket, I have received a call from customer care, stated that booking is cancelled due to fare expiration or flight operations issue. Customer care stated that full refund amount will receive in *-* working days. But till now I have not received any refund amount, it's almost all ** days completed. The same issue happened with one of my friend which was booked by me in last month. Even he has not received the refund yet.
