SATNAM SINGH filed complaint against Mobikwik on Aug 18, 2018
On ** August **** near about *:** am... I make a recharge for my airtel number of RS *** from my mobikwik wallet... the amount was deducted but recharge was not completed... after few hours my amount was refunded with message that the problem was solved plz make a recharge... again I make a recharge of RS *** for my same number near about *:**pm.... this time also the amount was deducted but recharge was not completed....and amount was not refunded.....I call the customer care toll free number but no one reply ..by making a message to customer care I described my problem...they reply sir plz wait for ** hours... after making patience of ** hours ...again I make a message to reslove the problem but till now (dated ** August ****. Time **:** pm ) no action was taken by company to reslove the problem..and amount was not refunded ....now I make a recharge for my same number from local shop near me and want my amount refund in my wallet from mobikwik.....plz help to reslove this problem and help to refund my amount in my wallet balance.....
