Videocon Services customer ID no - Amount taken in cash and also deducted from my videocon account no

Sub:- Amount taken in cash and also deducted the amount from videocon d*h account no. *******
Sir,
I have recharged my videocon d*h account no ******* on **.*.** of Rs ****.
I called videocon d*h technician on *.*.** as ther were no signal on TV.
The technician said that set top box to be exchanged with old set top box , cable attached to set top box and remote and it will cost Rs ***/-
The technician changed the set top box including cable and remote and took Rs ***/- in cash.
After * days amount was deducted from my videocon d*h account no. ******* of Rs ***/-.
I raised a complaint at customer care no and the executive manager named Mahesh Chouhan said amount will be reversed in a day or too, but he didn't reversed my amount , he is fooling me.
As evidence I have recording of Mahesh Chouhan dated **.*.** and *.*.** as he said he will reverse the amount but till date nothing has happened as he said it is resolved
Request to see into the matter seriously.
