I have got call from mobile no ********** regarding you got selected for sony led tv in their winning list on **-sep-**** .So you have make any purchase of above *** ,so i have purchased *** car bluetooth kit. Later on they ask to pay gst amount of gift as **** which i have paid using jd pay on **-oct-**** .Later they again asked to pay gift insurance amount which i have denied to pay and i asked for my refund then they told me it will take ** days. But later on they told it will take ** days. After ** days i again call them they said you will get amount on ** Dec. But if you pay your gift insurance amount you will get your money and gift too. Then i have paid **** on **-Oct-**** in order to get back my all money. Now they are not receiving my call and they are telling product got damaged to company will refund you amount of product along with you GST and insurance amount . so they are demanding to pay more to generate DD in my name. So please help me to get back my money as they are telling .Once you will pay then only we will refund your amount.
they are doing fraud.
