I made a transaction to purchase a product amounting Rs*** on **-**-** through bhim sbi pay. The amount has been debited from my account and transaction was unsuccessful. I email flipkart and also my bank. I got a response from my bank that the amount was successfully credited to flipkart bank account i.e Yes Bank(Attached bank reply) . Repeated calls and email to flipkart customer in vain as customer executive memorise few lines and used to tell * business days amount will be credited . Its almost ** business days. some flipkart executive said to check with phonepe.com. I contacted them but they also unable to resolve my issues. I sent them screen shots of transaction, still they don't have details and they cant retrieve from there data base.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
