Stashfin - Amount Rsdeducted as EMI but Loan didn t taken

Suprakash Maity filed complaint against Stashfin on May 26, 2020

I didn't taken any loan from Stashfin aka AKARA CAPITAL ADVISORS PRIVATE LIMITED but they have deducted Rs. ****/- as EMI on **-**-**** from my account. I have dropped more than ** mails but didn't get any response back from them. I have got two calls from them One for upload bank statement for verification and second is they agreed that it's deducted from your account and rectify this and revert back money. After that I continuously taking followup but Didn't get any response but their contact also not in work. I need take action against them and make a case file against this also make sure they don't do again. I need to claim *** times of my deducted amount as harassment recovery. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
