On Sep **th I had purchased cloth in trends kundrathur kanchipuram branch. Amount (***) paid through ATM card. store keeper told amount not received swipe again. I said amount debited my side why u didnt received they said,its network issue ur amount will refund within ** hrs so you swipe again so i thought its normal like server issues happen till now i didnt get proper response from trends side raise many complaints trends side as well as bank side both of them saying we didnt get money means where is my money....?
