Worst Experience with this travel agency.

They made cancellation of my Singapore trip without proper confirmation with me. Hopefully they earned * Lakh with my trip cancellation and saying will return **K back as coupon.

Sales team is well experienced to replying mails to divert the topic and raise new topic and to confuse the customers. Mr Mohith is no.* player in this company to play game with customers.

I think they don't have office, it is just in documents and they will work from home and registered with travel triangle.

I recommend don't take any travel packages like these companies please go with trusted companies.

Coming to my experience I paid *.* Lakh for my travel package.

I stayed only one day in Singapore due to health issue. I called Mr. Mohith and asked for coupons for cancelled amount and i don't want any refund amount, he said yes initially in phone and within * mins he cancelled everything.

And they started playing game in our terms and conditions we don't have refund policy , please check with Travel Triangle.

Worst part here is initially they given tickets for site visit tickets for Universal studios, Nightlife safari,Santosa island , cable bridge etc.. immediately they deleted from group and if cancellation done we dont give tickets also they said.

Usually for these kind of tickets it will have validity of * month minimum and it wont have any name, we can easily give to our friends , they refused to give these tickets also at least i will get **k amount from this.

And Hotel bookings also cancelled , as we all know if we can call hotel for reschedule or name before * days they will accept it - here again they got atleast **k to **k.

Cruise i did not used but they said no cancel as it has only one day gap i agreed for it.

So please careful with these kind of companies which are listed in travel triangle.

Please don't become fools by seeing positive reviews.
