pizzahut - amount refund

on **th of january i have done transaction to pizzahut merchant id to place an order , amount was debited from my account but order was not placed .when contacted the pizzahut customer care they told refund will be done in * to * days.when i contacted them on **rd of jan after waiting for * days they have told refund was already done on **st of january . but when i look at my bank statement the amount was not credited to my account on that day . the amount to be refunded was ***.**. please resolve the issue
