I have order * helight on feb **th when I ordered product was available and supposed to be delivered on march **th but didn’t deliver then I called to customer care on same day and they stated that product is not available cancelling order and paid amount will be refunded till now almost * days whenever I call customer support they say some Application issue is going amount will be credited in ** days. I wrote many mails to them but they haven’t responded.
