The sales executive from ACT told me that the router charges will be refunded when I had connection two months ago and he said that it will be refunded directly to the account from which I have paid the bill , but I am following that agent over a week and he is not giving me a proper respond and he says that he is checking a lot of time but nothing pops up and I am really frustrated of this agent called vignesh and I think people are getting cheated this way so I request to take action on this kindly, thank you.
