Coin DCX Go - Amount paid via UPI to COIN DCX but not reflected in Wallet

On **th of december **** , I had made a transaction worth ***** via UPI mode of payment to COIN DCX, due to server issues the transaction took place the next day but the transaction was success and the amount of ***** got credited to recipients account. At first I contacted the google pay support team , they clearly mentioned that the transaction was successful, Then I contacted the COIN DCX support team , they asked me to provide with the screen shots and also my bank statement, even after providing all the proofs , the COIN DCX support team was not successful in retrieving my amount.
