Rank Future - Amount paid not received from recruitment agency

i got a call from company name rank future for job opening in oracle. for that they charged me inr **** as registration fees. i paid that. then i got my first round of interview done from mr. alexander rinku who is hr director oracle on ** nov ****. before interview i have paid inr ***** for id creation. i have been assured that all the money i am paying will be refunded to me at the time of joining. i was paying the amount https://rankfuture.com/pay* and https://rankfuture.com/pay* links whichever is functional. after that i was told to pay some more amount for profile creation and other things. that time i have paid inr ***** on ** nov ****.
when i got suspicions about it, i have cancelled the services. that time they told me that i will get refund whatever i have paid. to get the refund i again paid inr ****** on different dates. i will attach the details as evidence. and now i am following up for the payment with company i am not getting any response. i have sent some mails also to them. i will attach the excel with details such as phone numbers from which i got calls, payment details. and also, all mail pdfs. pls help me get my money back.
