Stashfin - Amount paid but shows due in my credit account

I pay amount of credit taken by stashfin.but it shows due on my credit account. The employee of stash fin call me and told me to pay the instalment amount to Stashfin another account. And I made amount transfer to that account now they are saying it's not our account.
