I placed an order for Rs. *****.**/- on **/*/****, and was given a delivery timeline of *-** days. Months have passed until today, but the product has not been delivered. I had multiple queries and phone calls with Mr Anuj. Every time, the same reply will be delivered. On **/*/****, they informed that the product cannot be delivered, so they would arrange for a refund and asked for account details. Until now, there is no response and no refund. Please help me in getting my refund
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
