I had placed an order on the **TH DEC ****, paid the whole amount, but hadn't gotten the parcel yet. The order apparently had gotten cancelled also. They refuse to respond to emails and refund my money.
I'm NOT interested to get their items, and want a FULL REFUND of my money ASAP.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
