www montblancs in - Amount Paid But No Tracker and No Products Delivery Details

As per trail mail, I will let you know the sequence in brief. My name is Ruchit Butala and I am priority account holder at indusind bank

On ** th April there is this site known as www.montblancs.in.

Mont blanc is an german luxury brand which deals in bags and all which the original website is www.montblanc.com

While browsing on a web there was this site which opened which is www.montblancs.in and I unknowingly spent *****.** to buy a Mont Blanc laptop bag.

Moments post buying I realised the whole website is fraudulent, there was no receipt of the order when the order would be delivered.
Only an fake order no **** was generated.

I have lodged the complaint with your bank too and the cyber complaint too.

After doing research over this * weeks with constant follow up I want to bring to your notice the following things:

*) Website is fraudulent which is www.montblancs.in and the address and toll free no given is dummy and fraud

*) First they were accepting online payment saying due to covid now they have stopped accepting online payment and take COD only

*) Spoke with the Orignal Mont Blanc team they said it is fraud and they do not have a india dedicated website.

*) Checked their social media accounts whic were active when I did this transaction now they are inactive

*) The amount has been claimed by them and it's been charged on my bill cycle neither I have the product nor any communication from that cheat website

*) I have been constantly been following up with your team on email. I respect banks way of working and protocols for closing a transaction but there is no movement from bank side inspite of giving all the required proofs.

*) The amount was not claimed till * days then they claimed the amount

*) If you allocate a person I can give all the proof required to prove that it is a Fraudulent transaction
