Asha fashion - Amount paid but material not received

Hii .. I ordered dohar (blankets) from Rajasthan Jaipur from a vendor named asha fashion . I have been buying from this person from * year previously there was no issue . * months back I made a oder of some dohars worth ***** . First paid advance **** rs and later ***** totally I paid *****.
The order was supposed to deliver by October **th **** but it was not delivered . I have following up since then . They made fake promises that it will be delivered but later they stopped receiving my calls ( they means) son and father
