Lotus Electronics Jabalpur - Amount paid but delivering the product

I purchased a Canon EOS M** digital camera from Lotus Electronics Jabalpur on **th Oct ****. On purchasing time they said the camera is not available in their stocks so they will deliver the camera on *st Nov. On *st November they attempted to deliver the camera but the package was already opened so I did not accept the package and they said they will deliver another camera by tomorrow i.e. on * Nov but they did not do anything. When I contacted then they said it will be delivered on *rd November. Again they did not do anything. When I visited their store they said they will definitely deliver the camera on *th November. They did not do anything. Again I reched the store and they said we will deliver it on *th Nov. Today is *th November and they are again saying that they will deliver it tomorrow.
