AVIK KR BASU filed complaint against Zee * on Apr 9, 2021
I have paid Rs. ***/- two times for the yearly subscription of Zee*- ONE AT **.** PM on **.**.** and another on **.** pm on **.**.** via AmazonPay. The *st one got deducted from my account but I got no subscription. So I had to make the *nd transaction. I've tried several times to report the problem through in-app but failed to use the "upload" button to attach any screenshots of the payments made. I have sent them over ** mails and they repled evry time to hold my patience..aome team is working on that.. I need it get solved ASAP.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
