Burzo Client - Amount not transferred to Burzo Client

On **/**/****, i had to top up my Burzo Client ac to send out a courier. As the balance in the ac was short i was asked to top up thru Amazon pay where i cud get a ₹ ** cash back on top up of ₹***. I topped up Rs. ***/-in my Amazon pay ac and Amazon sent the amount to Razor Pay which is payment gateway partner of Burzo Client. The amount did not reach Burzo top up acs ...as i needed to urgently send out the courier i again loaded my Amazon pay ac with ₹***.** + ₹*** + ₹ *** + ₹***..total being ₹ ***.**/-...all the amounts Amazon debited from me and credited to Razor Pay. My Burzom client ac till date has not received these amounts and Amazon is not giving me a solution....they are saying they have credited amount to Razor pay..but Razor pay is not giving them solution....whr is my.money lost..it is not rec'd ur s my Burzo.ac....Razor pay, Amazon , Burzo....is all trying to pass the buck to each other. Pls help. My no. Is **********
