concept hospitalitys - amount not settled since 3 month

Dear Team,
I have opted for Razorpay service in month of July ****. i have taken there payment gateway for my business.
everything running well one day they stop settled my amount to my company account.
same day i have received call from them. they were asking me about my nature of business, what kind of product you have.
i have explain them very well. the person who's other side. unable to understand my business.
they said me can not offer you our services because our compliance team doesn't not meet your company policies i said ok
not an issure i said kindly settled my amount in my company account .even i don't want your services any more.
its been * month my amount still with them. Even after approaching them so many time they are not responding
please help its my hard earn money .
