Flipcart - Amount not returned

Respected sir/medam
I from Guntur district of Andhra pradesh. The mail regarding the grievance i have had with Flipcart. I ordered a book from flipcart on *-**-****. I had received the book on **-**-****. Having the issues with the quality of book , i returned the book on **-**-****. Later i had received the mail from flipcart stating that my amount worth Rs. *** will be credited to my account on or before **st of this month i.e. **-**-****. In the meanwhile i had called the flipcart customer care number on **-**-***. The person told me that i will receive the amount within one day. I again called the flipcart customer care on **st August. The date has matured and i haven't received my amount from flipcart. The flipcart misleading me with wrongful and false promises. I got so much disappointment and mental agony. I don't know whom to question and how will i get my amount. My friend suggested me to file a complaint in consumer forum which solves the consumer complaints. I need help from the consumer you to check the further false promises of flipcart cheating with innocent customers. Thanks in advance.
