I HAD PLACED AN ORDER FOR INR ****.** BUT AFTER MAKING THE PAYMENT, THE PAGE SHOWED AN ERROR. I AGAIN MADE THE PAYMENT FOR THE SAME ORDER AND IT AGAIN SHOWED ERROR. I HAVE NOW PAID INR ****.** FOR THE SAME ORDER HOWEVER NEITHER THE ORDER WAS CONFIRMED NOR THE AMOUNT WAS REFUNDED. I HAVE SENT THEM SEVERAL EMAILS SINCE THE DATE I ORDERED HOWEVER THEY HAVE NOT REVERTED FOR A SINGLE EMAIL. I HAD ALSO ATTACHED BANK STATEMENTS FOR PROOF.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
