Uber Eats - Amount not refunded

I ordered from uber eats on *st July ****. The amount was ****. The order was canceled from my end as we waited for * hours but they didn't send our order because they didn't have a delivery person. After that, I have been continuously calling them to refund my amount in my bank. On ** July they told us we have refunded your amount in App. We had some technical issue so we have transferred in App. Their app is also having an issue we can not even use that credit amount. I tried placing an order but again there was a technical issue. After that from the last * months, they are just saying we will transfer the amount in the bank. I have done more than ** calls but till now my amount has not been refunded. Every day they are just making some or other excuses. There are many customers facing the same issue. They don't even provide a call back to their customers and just make them on hold for late. Their customer care is pathetic.
