Sinorex solutions - Amount not refunded

This company called me to interview for the homebased job as typewriter and ask me to invest an amount of rupees **** in order to full fill their terms.so far after receiving the amount they assure to contact me which they don't after few days I myself went their office and they said they don't have any work for which they wanted to hire me and said the money I invested they will refund it by */*/**.though I joined on **th June I had to wait this long to get refunded but till now my money hasn't been refunded .and they confirmed me they will refund by */*/**.but its **/*/** I am all harass while going to their office but still haven't receive any refund
